The pieces
pictured below represent a sand blasting
technique
that can give large expanses of chrome
a bold or subtle effect . Not a common customization ,
but when used tastefully it's a knockout.



These pieces were
chemically etched.
The etched word
"FORD" in the first picture
was filled with red paint. In the next picture
the deep etch was sealed with polyurethane.
In the last picture the etched part was clear anodized.

Etching glass can produce
so many effects it's amazing.

The two 28 1/2" circular
leaded glass works above are encircled with 1/2" zinc came,
this is very strong and as you can see it looks good.
The frosted glass is done with
230grit
fine media that produces a frost very soft to the eye and to the
touch.

is a 53"X18"X1/4" Panel to replace one of 5 that are set
in openings in the mezzanine handrail wall. Cut on both sides using a
very fine media that produces a frost very soft to the eye and to the
touch.

These 39 ford rear side windows demonstrate the detail and delicate shading possible.
Color can be add to the etching.

complexity, a single car side window starts at $150.00.

Start up cost on stone varies between $75.00 for a small
stone
and $150.00 for a very larger stone . The cost is $1.00
for each letter up to 1", $2.00 for letters from 1" to 2" inches,
$3
for letters from 2" to 3" and $4 for letters from 3" to
4" .
Custom graphics, depending on the complexity or fineness of detail
as well as shipping costs can add to the final price.
The cut can be done in both ceramic and quarry tile
as well as brick, stone and glass.
